Infrastructure Recruitment Group was founded by Jase Casias in Austin, TX. With over a decade’s worth of experience as a career consultant, Jase plays a key role where he serves a national client roster and represents top talent within the A/E/C industry.
Before launching IRG, Jase served as President of the Design & Build practice for a global search firm based out of Manhattan. He has also served in a regional executive role for one of the largest privately held staffing companies in the US., as well as Director of Business Development, with a focus in workforce solutions for a global organization.
Jase has a unique understanding of the broad services and technologies organizations use to attract, source, and acquire talent. He has combined his experience and relational approach to deliver an exceptional service representing qualified talent to his clients to ensure a mutual fit for success.
