Land Development Project Manager

Infrastructure Recruitment Group is partnered with a national leading civil engineering firm who is seeking to add on an experienced Land Development Project Manager to their Commercial team in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities 

• Lead and Manage land development civil engineering projects efficiently to ensure all timeline and budgets are met
• Oversight of land development civil teams to produce civil plan sets
• Collaborate with Owner/Architect and outside team members to execute projects
• Effectively manages internal support teams (survey, traffic, hydrology and hydraulics, etc.) – able to communicate/manage technical details as well as schedules and budgets
• Implement and oversee QA/QC program and ensures compliance within project team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and allocate resources through differing project stages
• Reviews production work for accuracy

Qualifications

• Experienced in cost estimating, bid phase assistance construction administration, and general construction methods
• Demonstrates competence in fundamental civil engineering design principles for land development projects
• Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience within civil engineering (preferably residential or commercial land development

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas (or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas)
