Infrastructure Recruitment Group is partnered with a leading luxury custom home builder in Bozeman, Montana who is seeking to add a Human Resources Director to manage and oversee all human resources programs and initiatives ensuring that they are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Develop and drive talent management strategies to ensure effective staffing alignment with the needs of the business
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR system applications
- 8 + years operating in an HR leadership role
- BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
