Infrastructure Recruitment Group is partnered with a leading luxury custom home builder in Bozeman, Montana who is seeking to add a Project Manager to lead their award winning custom home builds.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Oversee team of assistant project managers, superintendents, & estimators
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being performed according to specifications

Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction management and a desire to deliver exceptional results
- Project Management experience ranging from 5MM-25MM + in luxury custom home builds
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Minimum of 5 years leading luxury custom home builds as a Project Manager
