Infrastructure Recruitment Group is partnered with a leading General Contractor/Construction Management firm in Billings, Montana who is seeking to add a Water/Wastewater Construction Manager to their growing team.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for leading projects through construction phases. Project types could include water transmission pipelines, water pump stations, wastewater collection systems, wastewater pump stations, water / wastewater treatment facilities and related infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with client Operations & Maintenance staff and other project stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly progress reports
- Lead and manage construction administration phases of projects for owner including schedule and submittal reviews, requests for information, correspondence, change requests, pay application processing, for ongoing construction projects
- Successfully assist owner managing and delivering projects on time and on budget
- Manage and coordinate subconsultant firms for the program and monitor costs and invoices
Qualifications
- BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering
- 10+ years construction management experience required- Preferably in W/WW Construction Infrastructure Projects
