About the Role:
IRG is partnering with a leading firm seeking an Associate Vice President of Residential Land Development to lead high-impact residential projects. This senior leadership role oversees project teams, manages budgets and schedules, and ensures every development meets quality and client expectations. You’ll work closely with clients, public agencies, and community stakeholders while shaping the future of residential land development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, public officials, and community leaders.
  • Direct and oversee residential land development projects through a team of project managers and technical staff.
  • Recommend resources, personnel, and funding required to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and client agreements.
  • Monitor project tasks, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with senior project managers.
  • Work with project sponsors to define project scope, outcomes, and schedules.
  • Track project performance and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage employees, including hiring, performance management, and other personnel actions.
  • Participate in developing company-wide design and production standards.
  • Represent the organization in professional associations and community organizations.

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience managing substantial residential development projects, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
