Construction Superintendent- Luxury Custom Homes

Infrastructure Recruitment Group is partnered with a leading luxury custom home builder in Salt Lake City, UT who is seeking to add a Construction Superintendent to their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction project from beginning to end
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Purchasing equipment and materials
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• On-site 5 days a week

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Enforce safety protocols
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among project team members, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff
• 5 + years of experience managing high-end custom luxury homes in the great mountain west region
